Why is MTU not responding to my requests? I have many tickets for help, bit no response. I have called several times, and it goes to voicemail and no one calls back.The only thing they did was take my money, twice! And I am trying to get one of the charges reversed. The service is horrible.

They used to be tops when it came to customer service. Don't know why they went downhill.
