The way I plan to set up from now on doesn't work well with wireless Mics. The back screen just shows the singer's rotation and announcements. No lyrics appear on it.

I just figured that the small monitor is not conducent for the wanna walk around with wireless mic system. I am not giving up totally on wireless Mics because I am still going to be using a wireless headset Mic for announcements. I just want to keep my singers from wandering around. As I said the big screen is just for the singer's rotation.

Hell, if my singers want to take the mic outside and to the other end of the parking lot to sing, I say go for it. Let them have their fun. And also, your singers monitor is way too small.

Because my software requires two screens. And I don't have the room in my car a screen larger than that. I drive a Prius and I refuse to go to a larger car due to gas prices and the gas mileage I am getting on the Prius. I just won't have a second screen and have to deal with the much hated when am I up question from singers due to the lack of my rotation screen. Plus I want my singers facing the audience not with their backs to it.

Road Case is the first part of my purchase once I work out the equipment I will be using, cannot imagine, it must have been a mess before! Why not just get an amp stand and put bigger tv for singer on that, cant see how it'll take up any extra room...

If the bigger TV is out of the way of the singer then I switch which TV monitor shows the singer's lyrics until then they get the smaller screen. Reason is that I am sick of singers singing with their backs to the audience. My way gives them the real feeling of performing for the audience like pro singers.

Depends on the show. I had to get rid of them at 7 Bamboo because people would try to steal them for no other reason than they wanted a souvenir. Not to mention this GenZ thing of doing mic drops. Just got easier to give them a SM58 and call it a day.

I don't have any room for a large TV in my car with all the other pieces of equipment that I have.

Here's the way I see it...
Like any successful business, you don't cut corners. That means using the proper equipment to provide the best singer experience that you can. You are falling short on this. And the vehicle excuse is lame. Get a vehicle that will house the equipment that should be used.
If you can't run this as a business, then you shouldn't be in it. Your setup is very messy and amateurish. At my shows, you won't find one cable on the floor. They are secured and hidden out of view. Speakers are connected wirelessly also, no cables from the mixer to speakers.
The thing is, step up and do it right. You should make your shows appealing to singers. But what I see is not very professional. That little monitor is a joke. Corded mics??? Whatever.
And why do you need 2 screens? I use compuhost and never use the scrolling "up next" feature. So, if you can't disable the "who's next" feature, get another software.
The problem is you settle for junk. You may think I'm being hateful but I'm telling it like it is because I want to see you succeed. Personally, if I was a singer going out for karaoke, I would not find your shows/setup very enticing.
Now, let's take a look at your 2 little baby speakers. Are you serious?? Are you using these in a professional environment? They look like toys. I mean, I know children that have better speakers in their rooms than what you're using for karaoke.
So, I would do whatever I could to bring people in and keep them coming back, and spreading the word about what a great experience they have at your shows. To do that, a complete overhaul is necessary. You are not acting and providing professional quality entertainment.
This is like hiring a photographer to do your wedding and he shows up with a Walmart point and shoot camera. And the pictures are blurry, under/over exposed, etc. Wouldn't you want a pro to use pro equipment like Nikon camera and lenses, pro lighting, etc.? And have your pictures look awesome.
Danny, you are like the Walmart photographer. So, I would seriously recommend, getting professional or getting out.
