Check out the final judgments awarded to SONY against Zoom and owner/director Joe Blackie, SBI and owner/director Jim Woodford, Digitop (Selectatrack and Mr. Entertainer) and owner/director Gary Oates, Music Factory and owner/director Peter Parkin. Sunfly will emerge as king of the hill in the UK as they were the only company to settle the case against them…

You won't find signatures on court documents posted on Pacer for cases. The lawyers receive them.

This is not accurate at all. ALL signed orders are posted on PACER unless the order itself is sealed (which happens only rarely in civil cases; when it does, the existence of a sealed order is noted on PACER without a copy of the document).

The "order" that was posted to PACER is actually the plaintiffs' PROPOSED order, which the court ordered them to submit for its review. It has not been reviewed by the court or signed yet. When it is signed (with or without modifications), it will be posted to PACER.

Will this bad dream ever end? It reminds me,
Of the Prohibition days concerning the legality
Of liquor sales, I guess we'll all hide under the
Kitchen table to sing, Or sing those good old
Post copyright songs from yesteryear! What ya,
Wanna sing next Billy? My Merry Oldsmobile,
Or Hickory Dickery Dock!

Warrenkel16 .... not sure what you mean by that. Are you somehow comparing prohibition to infringement?
