8) Poor bear I'm sure if he ate Jim, a lawyer wouldn't agree with him! LOL LOL LOL

The confusion lies within the notion that karaoke hosts know more about copyright and trademark law than a lawyer that works in trademark and copyright law.

8) I don't think the hosts are confused Chris they know what justice is even though they might not be up on copyright and trademark law. SC has been paid for their library like Chip has pointed out. All they are trying to do now is get more money, the old greed factor. They are hoodwinking the hosts into believing that their cause is just, when it is all just smoke and mirrors. What PEP is upset about instead of having a bunch of loyal supporters, they are finding their support is eroding, to the point where only a few diehards are still carrying the water for them.

The Genie is out of the bottle and she ain't going back in. Keep trying though, Jim. It sure is fun to watch you spin your wheels and everything else you can spin. I'll say one thing about Jim; He is like a dog with a bone. He is never going to give it up. Some day he'll wake up and have to realize that his bone has been stolen right out from under his nose. Every Sound Choice track ever made is out there for free on the internet; with or without the Sound Choice marks. It's like a protest march "rally" out there. Everyone just takes what they want and nobody tries to stop them any longer.
