Toger,

Consulting fee for an IP attorney for 1/2 hour = $200, less than one shows income, you don't have to have one on a $5,000 a year retainer (and that is the retainer fee for the one I talked with) His suggestion was to read the copyright and trademark laws because everything is spelled out in them as to what is and is not allowed and if i had any more questions feel free to pay him another $200 and he would answer those for me as well.

So I decided to actually read the laws and he was right everything is in them and it is easily understood, if you bother reading them instead of trying to take parts of them and making it fit what you are doing wrong. (you is a general term not you personally)
