I just received a disturbing email sentthrough the contact page. Unfortunately this party did not provide their email address, therefore I have no way of advising them. I was charged to renew my subscription to your website without authorization. Money was paid to you through my paypal account without my knowledge. This money needs to be refunded to me immediately or I will have to file a dispute with paypal, thank you. Ryan ------------------------------------------------------------ This is not true. When you subscribe to Singers Showcase you are notified at the time of the subscription by PayPal and by Karaoke Scene that your subscription will automatically renew, unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. In fact this information is provided on the upgrade page prior to you submitting your subscription. Also, shown at the bottom of the page is the fact that there are NO REFUNDS! In the future I suggets that everyone read the upgrade page, the membership page and the emails that you receive to avoid any further confussion. Additionally, when contacting us please provide your contact information to include your email address and a phone number. Thank you, |
