Hello! :wave: I've read and re-read the ballot rules, but I was wondering why do we HAVE to vote for two KJ's? Many people I know only know one because they just don't go anywhere else for their karaoke. So, how come we can't just vote for one? Also, someone told me the other day that they voted for me, but they only knew the first name of one other... will his ballot be thrown out? |

Sorry but the rules are very specific for a number of good reasons. There are very few Karaoke enthusiasts who only know one KJ. Those that do have no way to compare and would not be making an informed vote. As for your other question, we need first and last names to delineate exactly who you are voting for. For instance, if you vote for "Steve" how would we know which "Steve" you actually mean to vote for? If you only know the first name of the KJ then you can add the name of the venue at which they work...that may help the ballot counters know whom you are actually voting for and enable your vote to be counted. |

Okay, I'm fully aware of the rules and why we need last names. That's obvious. I was wondering if the vote counters were going to throw out his vote for me because he couldn't come up with a last name? And WHY do we have to vote for two? That's voting for the competition. When we vote for president, we don't pick two. We pick one. That's all. Thank you for your response. :D |
