I was on yahoo earlier and they had a story about people quoting movies....What is your favorite movie quote??

I have so many...This is one that comes to mind right now:  From the movie Airplane:

Looks like I picked a bad day to quit sniffing glue (popping pills, smoking, drinking.....etc...)

Movies tend to wash over me the only quote I recall was from 4 weddings and a funeral as Hugh Grant was bashing his head against a post and I cant post it here

My favorite line is from "Sunset Boulevard" when William Holden's character tells Norma Desmond (Gloria Swanson) she used to be big in silent pictures:

"I'm still big...its the pictures that got small"

I'm a real movie buff so I probably have quite a few quotes I am fond of....

Hey Michael!  :D

My favorite line: spoken by Mae West in I'm No Angel, 1933, "Well, it's not the men in your life that counts, it's the life in your men."

Hi Luly!  Another (very risque for its time) Mae West quote:

"I'm a movie actress...I'm the kind of gal who works for Warner Brothers all day and Fox at night."

How this got by the censors I'll never know!

Can't I have just a little peril?

No. It's too perilous!

Remember Selly when I said I would kill you last?
That's right, Matrix, you did!
I lied!

What happened to Selly?
I let him go.

According to the pundits, the two most oft-repeated phrases in movies outside of "I love you" are, in this order:

1.  "Let's get out of here."
2.  "What's the meaning of this?"

My own personal theory is that every other movie made after 1954 with a contemporary setting will have "Coca-Cola" show up somewhere along the way.

According to my sister, character actor Frank Morgan ("The Wizard of Oz") was in every other movie ever made.  I disagree and believe it was actor Brian Donlevy, who continues to show up in every other movie ever made long after his death in 1967.  John Carradine is a close second.

That's a good one from "Night of the Living Dead" and the irony is, it was ad-libbed!

Here's one from a John Waters movie that is unique in its own right:

Divine (opening box):  Oh my god! Someone has sent me a bowel movement!

(even funnier is her son's response):

Nobody sends my momma a bowel movement and lives to talk about it!
